As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our front desk and guest services.   1. Oversee daily operations of the front desk and guest services, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Train and supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Ensure that all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest reservations, payments, and other important information.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  6. Monitor and manage room inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  7. Assist with creating and implementing front desk and guest service policies and procedures.
  8. Handle any escalated guest complaints or issues, finding solutions to resolve them in a satisfactory manner.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations for front desk staff and provide feedback for improvement.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing them into the operation when appropriate.
  11. Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees alike.
  12. Assist with budgeting and financial planning for the front desk and guest services department.
  13. Act as a liaison between guests and management to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
  14. Any other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager or General Manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Supervisory Role In Front Office Operations.

  • Proficient In Hotel Management Software And Systems.

  • Strong Organizational And Problem-Solving Abilities.
