- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in and check-out processes, guest inquiries, and reservations.
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any guest issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about hotel services, policies, and procedures.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment, ensuring all guest needs are met and exceeded.
- Monitor and review guest feedback and implement necessary actions to improve guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.
- Assist with scheduling and payroll for front desk staff.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of front desk transactions and compliance with hotel policies.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and escalate issues to the Front Office Manager when necessary.
- Assist with budget planning and monitor expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new processes to improve guest experience.
- Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required by the Front Office Manager.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
Prior Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In A Front Office Or Guest Services Department.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With Guests, Team Members, And Other Departments.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Including Hotel Property Management Systems And Microsoft Office.
Knowledge Of Front Office Operations, Including Reservations, Check-In/Check-Out Procedures, And Guest Service Standards.
