
Assistant Front Office Manager

- Oversee Front Desk and Guest Services: The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and guest services, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Maintain High Level of Customer Service: This role will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of customer service, and that any guest concerns or issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Train and Supervise Staff: The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for training and supervising front desk and guest services staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles.
- Manage Reservations and Check-In/Check-Out Process: This role will be responsible for managing reservations and the check-in/check-out process, ensuring that all guest information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor and Improve Procedures: The Assistant Front Office Manager will regularly review front desk and guest services procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Handle Guest Complaints: In the event of a guest complaint, the Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for handling the situation with professionalism and finding a satisfactory resolution for the guest.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: This role will work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
- Maintain Financial Records: The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for the front desk and guest services, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
- Assist with Budgeting and Forecasting: This role will assist in budgeting and forecasting for the front desk and guest services department, ensuring that expenses are kept within budget.
- Uphold Company Standards: The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for upholding the standards and policies of the company, ensuring that all procedures and practices are in line with company values and goals.
- Train and Develop Team Members: This role will be responsible for identifying training and development needs
Previous Experience In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role In The Hospitality Industry, Preferably In A Front Office Or Guest Services Setting.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team.
Strong Knowledge Of Front Office Operations, Including Reservations, Check-In/Check-Out Procedures, And Guest Services.
Proficiency In Hotel Management Software And Other Relevant Computer Systems.
