As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our front desk and ensuring exceptional customer service for our guests. We are looking for someone who has a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for our guests and has the skills and qualifications to excel in this role.   1. Oversee daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient processes and exceptional customer service for guests.
  2. Support the Front Office Manager in managing and supervising front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of front desk procedures, policies, and standards to ensure high-quality service.
  4. Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  5. Monitor and maintain guest feedback and reviews, addressing any areas of improvement.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and concierge, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports regarding front desk operations and guest interactions.
  8. Assist with the budgeting and financial management for the front desk, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing new strategies and techniques to improve guest satisfaction.
  10. Act as a role model and mentor for front desk staff, promoting a positive and team-oriented work environment.
  11. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  12. Handle any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Front Office Manager or hotel management.

  • Knowledge Of Hotel Systems: Familiarity With Hotel Management Systems, Such As Opera, Is Preferred. The Assistant Front Office Manager Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Revenue Management And Financial Reporting.
