1. Supervise and oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.

3. Manage staff and delegate tasks to ensure all food and beverage operations are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory of all food and beverage products.
5. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
6. Train and develop staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about food and beverage operations and customer service standards.
7. Address customer complaints and resolve customer service issues.
8. Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
9. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
10. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote food and beverage services.
