The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the Food & Beverage industry, and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and maintain a professional demeanor with guests and colleagues alike. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all operations within the Food & Beverage department.
  2. Ensure all services are provided in accordance with Hyatt's standards and operating procedures.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with guests and colleagues.
  4. Monitor and assess the performance of staff, providing feedback and coaching where needed.
  5. Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Proactively manage inventory, ordering, and storage of food and beverage.
  7. Create and monitor budgets for the department.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
  9. Manage guest complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.
