
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations within the Food & Beverage department.
- Ensure all services are provided in accordance with Hyatt's standards and operating procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Monitor and assess the performance of staff, providing feedback and coaching where needed.
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively manage inventory, ordering, and storage of food and beverage.
- Create and monitor budgets for the department.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
- Manage guest complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.
