Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring the highest levels of service and satisfaction for guests
  2. Train, motivate, and evaluate staff to ensure exceptional service is provided
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Food & Beverage department, as well as increase profitability
  5. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
  7. Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction
  8. Monitor budget and take corrective action when necessary
  9. Prepare and submit reports to the General Manager on a regular basis
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
