
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring the highest levels of service and satisfaction for guests
- Train, motivate, and evaluate staff to ensure exceptional service is provided
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Food & Beverage department, as well as increase profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor budget and take corrective action when necessary
- Prepare and submit reports to the General Manager on a regular basis
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
