Job Description

We’re looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at the Hyatt. As part of the Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for helping in the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, and catering services.The ideal candidate for this role should have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record of successful management experience in a similar role. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.You must have a strong understanding of the principles of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to think quickly on your feet.If you have the qualifications and passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in supervising and managing the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, and catering services.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
  3. Implement and adhere to operational policies and procedures.
  4. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control systems.
  5. Train and mentor staff in customer service and operational procedures.
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  7. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure quality service.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and make necessary changes to improve the customer experience.
  10. Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
