
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
We’re looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at the Hyatt. As part of the Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for helping in the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, and catering services.The ideal candidate for this role should have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record of successful management experience in a similar role. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.You must have a strong understanding of the principles of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to think quickly on your feet.If you have the qualifications and passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising and managing the daily operations of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, and catering services.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
- Implement and adhere to operational policies and procedures.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control systems.
- Train and mentor staff in customer service and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure quality service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor customer feedback and make necessary changes to improve the customer experience.
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
