Job Description

At Hyatt, we are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. You will be the driving force behind promoting our food & beverage offerings, developing innovative menus, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for hospitality and a strong knowledge of food & beverage, as well as a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You must also possess strong leadership and organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop innovative menus that are in-line with the Hyatt’s food & beverage offerings.
  2. Ensure that guests have an unforgettable dining experience.
  3. Promote food & beverage offerings.
  4. Create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  5. Manage and supervise staff.
  6. Monitor and maintain quality of food & beverage services.
  7. Develop and implement training plans for staff.
  8. Ensure compliance with food & beverage safety regulations.
  9. Conduct regular inventory checks.
  10. Monitor customer satisfaction levels.
  11. Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors.
  12. Handle customer complaints and feedback.
  13. Monitor costs and budgets.
  14. Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  15. Prepare reports and analyze data.
