Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Hyatt. This individual will help manage the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage program, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and compliance with all applicable regulations.We’re looking for someone who is highly organized and has a proven track record of meeting goals and objectives in a professional hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with a diverse team.To be considered for the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager role at Hyatt, the following qualifications are required: • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, food service, or a related field• A minimum of two years of experience in a food and beverage management role• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team• Excellent customer service and communication skills• Proficiency in MS Office and other related software• Knowledge of food and beverage safety standards• Knowledge of local, state, and federal health regulationsIf you’re passionate about hospitality and have the skills and experience necessary to excel in this role, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage program, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with all applicable regulations.
  2. Manage and motivate team members to meet goals and objectives.
  3. Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
  4. Train staff on food and beverage safety standards and local, state, and federal health regulations.
  5. Monitor inventory and ordering of food and beverage supplies.
  6. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
  7. Create menus and pricing structures.
  8. Analyze financial data and develop reports.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Create and maintain a positive work environment.
