
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Hyatt. The successful candidate should possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the department while helping to achieve strategic goals.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role and a proven track record of success in the Food & Beverage sector. They should be highly organized, with an ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department.
- Develop strategies to improve customer service, increase sales, and maximize profits.
- Ensure adherence to all Hyatt policies and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff members.
- Analyze customer feedback and develop plans to improve customer service.
- Monitor food and beverage quality standards.
- Develop promotions and campaigns to increase guest engagement.
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Prepare reports and track performance metrics.
- Remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
