Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Hyatt. The successful candidate should possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the department while helping to achieve strategic goals.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role and a proven track record of success in the Food & Beverage sector. They should be highly organized, with an ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage department.
  2. Develop strategies to improve customer service, increase sales, and maximize profits.
  3. Ensure adherence to all Hyatt policies and procedures.
  4. Recruit, train, and manage staff members.
  5. Analyze customer feedback and develop plans to improve customer service.
  6. Monitor food and beverage quality standards.
  7. Develop promotions and campaigns to increase guest engagement.
  8. Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
  9. Prepare reports and track performance metrics.
  10. Remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
