We are searching for an experienced and motivated individual to join the Food & Beverage team at Hyatt as the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations while providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of employees.The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in hospitality and management, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You should be highly organized and detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.If you are a motivated and experienced professional that is looking to join a dynamic and team-oriented organization, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department.
  2. Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial statements and operational reports.
  4. Maintain product and service quality standards.
  5. Lead, train, and motivate a team of food and beverage employees.
  6. Create and implement policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor inventory and ordering of supplies.
  8. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns.
  10. Manage budgets and control expenses.
