The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager position at Hyatt is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional looking to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in a hotel setting. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong knowledge of food and beverage trends. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will be an integral part of our team and will be responsible for managing service standards, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, and working with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage service standards of Food & Beverage operations in the hotel.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  3. Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  4. Work with the Food & Beverage Manager to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to ensure top-notch service.
  6. Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the restaurant and increase revenue.
  7. Monitor costs and expenses to ensure profitability.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  9. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations.
  10. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
