
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage service standards of Food & Beverage operations in the hotel.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Work with the Food & Beverage Manager to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to ensure top-notch service.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the restaurant and increase revenue.
- Monitor costs and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
