Job Description

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Hyatt. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the operations of the Food & Beverage department.The ideal candidate for this position should have at least three years of experience in a similar role, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or another relevant field. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multitask, and be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment. A passion for food and beverage, as well as a strong ability to lead and motivate your team, are essential for success in this role.We are looking for someone who is eager to help our guests have a memorable experience and contribute to the overall success of our hotel. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the profits of the Food & Beverage department.
  2. Manage the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, including ordering supplies, staffing, and financials.
  3. Monitor and assess the quality of food and beverage offerings on a regular basis.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  5. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  6. Create and implement innovative ideas to enhance the overall dining experience for our guests.
  7. Train, motivate, and lead the Food & Beverage team to ensure excellent customer service.
  8. Monitor and analyze financial performance of the department and develop strategies to improve profitability.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or complaints.
  10. Develop and manage budgets for the Food & Beverage department.
