
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Hyatt. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the operations of the Food & Beverage department.The ideal candidate for this position should have at least three years of experience in a similar role, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or another relevant field. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multitask, and be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment. A passion for food and beverage, as well as a strong ability to lead and motivate your team, are essential for success in this role.We are looking for someone who is eager to help our guests have a memorable experience and contribute to the overall success of our hotel. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the profits of the Food & Beverage department.
- Manage the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, including ordering supplies, staffing, and financials.
- Monitor and assess the quality of food and beverage offerings on a regular basis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Create and implement innovative ideas to enhance the overall dining experience for our guests.
- Train, motivate, and lead the Food & Beverage team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance of the department and develop strategies to improve profitability.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or complaints.
- Develop and manage budgets for the Food & Beverage department.
