
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Hyatt is a key role in the successful day-to-day operation of the hotel's food and beverage service. We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and supervisory skills, as well as a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of food and beverage experience in a hotel setting, with a degree in hospitality or related field preferred. They should also possess a strong knowledge of food and beverage service operations, including menu building, cost control, and training/developing staff. The successful candidate must also have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
