Job Description

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Hyatt is a key role in the successful day-to-day operation of the hotel's food and beverage service. We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and supervisory skills, as well as a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of food and beverage experience in a hotel setting, with a degree in hospitality or related field preferred. They should also possess a strong knowledge of food and beverage service operations, including menu building, cost control, and training/developing staff. The successful candidate must also have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the hotel's food and beverage service.
  2. Create positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  3. Monitor standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

  5. Build menus, control costs, and train/develop staff.
  6. Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  10. Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures.
