At Hyatt, we are looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Assistant Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for the hospitality and F&B industry, and is eager to make an impact. The Assistant F&B Manager will provide support to the F&B Manager in developing, implementing, and managing all aspects of the department, including operations, service, staff management, and revenue.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field, and excellent customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Assist the F&B Manager in developing, implementing, and managing all aspects of the department.
- Ensure customer service excellence throughout the department.
- Train and supervise F&B staff, including scheduling and monitoring staff performance.
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance of the F&B department.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory of food and beverage products and ensure that all items are adequately stocked.
- Assist in creating menus and preparing weekly specials.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer service.
