Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Activities Manager to join our team at the Hyatt! In this role, you will be responsible for providing our guests with exciting and enriching activities and experiences during their stay. You must have excellent organizational and communication skills, be creative and have a passion for hospitality and customer service. If you have a strong work ethic and are eager to help us exceed our guests' expectations, then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, coordinate, and supervise engaging activities and experiences for guests during their stay.
  2. Ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are available for activities.
  3. Manage the daily operations of the activities program, including scheduling, budgeting, and staffing.
  4. Monitor feedback from guests and adjust activities accordingly.
  5. Facilitate the implementation of new activities and experiences to continually improve the program.
  6. Remain knowledgeable about local attractions and events to offer guests.
  7. Ensure that all activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
  8. Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices and services.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documents related to activities and operations.
  10. Supervise and mentor activities staff.
