Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and driven Account Manager, Creative to join our team. As an Account Manager, Creative, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing creative strategies to enhance our brand and elevate our guest experience. We are looking for a passionate individual with a strong background in creative marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of driving results.   1. Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance the brand and elevate the guest experience for Hyatt.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative concepts align with overall brand goals and objectives.
  3. Manage and oversee the execution of all creative projects, including but not limited to print and digital advertising, social media campaigns, and experiential marketing initiatives.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external creative agencies.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  6. Ensure all creative assets are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for Hyatt, consistently communicating and upholding the brand's values and messaging.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and use this knowledge to inform creative strategies and initiatives.
  9. Present creative concepts and campaigns to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports on the performance of creative initiatives, including ROI and other key metrics.
  11. Stay up-to-date with emerging technology and platforms, and identify opportunities to integrate them into creative campaigns.
  12. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
  13. Ensure all creative projects comply with legal and ethical standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
  14. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the creative department.
  15. Represent Hyatt at industry events and conferences, networking and building relationships with potential partners and clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Account Management, Preferably In A Creative Agency Or Hospitality Industry

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously

  • Knowledge Of The Creative Process And Ability To Provide Strategic Insights And Recommendations To Clients For Effective Marketing Campaigns.
