  15. Continuously evaluate and adjust workforce management strategies to meet changing business needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis And Forecasting.

  • Proficiency In Workforce Management Software And Tools Such As Kronos Or Workday.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Stakeholders.
