- Develop and implement strategies for Humana's value-based programs, with the goal of improving healthcare outcomes and reducing costs for members.
- Lead a team of professionals in the design, development, and execution of value-based programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including providers, actuaries, and data analysts to ensure the success of value-based programs.
- Monitor and analyze program performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in value-based care, and incorporate them into Humana's programs.
- Use your strong understanding of value-based care to guide the development and implementation of new programs.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders about program updates and progress.
- Work with providers to develop and maintain strong relationships and ensure their participation in value-based programs.
- Oversee the budget for value-based programs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Develop and deliver presentations to senior leadership on the impact and success of value-based programs.
- Mentor and coach team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of value-based programs.
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all programs are in line with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on value-based care and programs, both internally and externally.
- Act as a champion for Humana's mission to help people achieve their best health and well-being through value-based care initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Value-Based Care Programs, Including Experience With Medicare Advantage And/Or Medicaid.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Quality Measures, Risk Adjustment Methodologies, And Value-Based Payment Models.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Including Hipaa, Hedis, And Cms Guidelines.
