Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Value-Based Payment Models And Population Health Management.
Knowledge Of Medicare And Medicaid Regulations And Policies, As Well As Experience Working With Cms.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, As Well As Proficiency In Relevant Software And Technology Platforms.
