- Coordinate administrative tasks for the Utilization Management (UM) team in the Midwest region.
- Support the mission of promoting a healthy, active lifestyle for all individuals.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks to aid in the smooth functioning of the UM team.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- Communicate effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders to facilitate the flow of information and resources.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures to improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of administrative tasks and support services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive information.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure compliance in all administrative tasks.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by actively participating in meetings and providing support to team members as needed.
- Take initiative and demonstrate problem-solving skills to identify and resolve administrative issues.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members as needed.
- Represent Humana in a professional manner and promote our mission and values in all interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Administration Or Insurance Industry.
Knowledge Of Um Processes And Regulations, Particularly In The Midwest Region.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
