Valid Nursing License: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Valid Nursing License In The State Where They Will Be Practicing.
Minimum Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting Is Required, With A Preference For Experience In Telephonic Nursing Or Care Management.
Case Management Certification: Candidates Should Have A Case Management Certification (Ccm) Or Be Willing To Obtain One Within Six Months Of Hire.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role, As The Nurse Care Manager Will Be Communicating With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Other Stakeholders Over The Phone.
