  1. Oversee the accounts receivable process for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
  2. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to revenue cycle management.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable process.
  4. Supervise and provide guidance to a team of accounts receivable specialists.
  5. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in the billing and collections process.
  6. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address any billing or collection inquiries or concerns.
  7. Train and onboard new team members on the organization's revenue cycle management procedures and policies.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and billing, to streamline processes and improve overall revenue cycle management.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to healthcare billing and collections.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  11. Handle any escalated issues or disputes related to accounts receivable.
  12. Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team.
  13. Provide regular performance evaluations and feedback to team members.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts receivable activities.
