  1. Develop and implement effective vendor management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize operations and drive cost savings.
  2. Manage relationships with vendors and act as the primary point of contact for all vendor-related issues.
  3. Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure the best value for the company.
  4. Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure vendor services meet business needs and objectives.
  6. Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual agreements, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with vendor relationships.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align vendor services accordingly.
  9. Mentor and lead a team of vendor management professionals to ensure effective and efficient vendor management practices.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in vendor management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  11. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior leadership for vendor management initiatives.
  12. Develop and manage vendor budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness in all vendor relationships.
  13. Communicate effectively with vendors, internal stakeholders, and leadership to address any issues or concerns.
  14. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in vendor management processes and procedures.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to vendor management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Vendor Management: A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Vendor Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Vendor Relationships And Contracts.

  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability To Negotiate Favorable Terms And Conditions With Vendors While Maintaining A Positive Working Relationship.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry: In-Depth Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Regulations, Trends, And Best Practices Related To Vendor Management.

  • Project Management Experience: Proven Experience In Managing Complex Vendor Projects, Including Resource Allocation, Budget Management, And Risk Assessment.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal Stakeholders And External Vendors, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Common Goals.
