  1. Design and develop software solutions for Humana's Payroll, Absence, and Time-Tracking systems using Workday platform.

  3. Conduct thorough testing of software solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Payroll, Absence, and Time-Tracking systems.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems to enhance efficiency, functionality, and user experience.
  6. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Workday platform and apply them to develop cutting-edge solutions.
  7. Act as a technical expert and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and management to provide updates and gather feedback on projects.
  9. Maintain and update technical documentation for all software solutions.
  10. Follow industry best practices and standards to ensure compliance and security of software systems.
