  1. Develop and implement clinical programs that improve patient outcomes and drive better clinical care.
  2. Utilize strong background in pharmacy to develop effective and evidence-based clinical programs.
  3. Manage and oversee the implementation of clinical programs, ensuring they meet quality and efficiency standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and impactful clinical initiatives.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in clinical care to continuously improve and enhance existing programs.
  6. Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of clinical programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
  7. Work closely with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of clinical programs into patient care.
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff and other team members involved in clinical programs.
  9. Participate in the development of strategies and goals for clinical programs to align with overall company objectives.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on clinical programs, providing expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Comply with all regulatory and legal requirements related to clinical programs.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Institution: This Advanced Degree Is Essential For A Senior Rx Clinical Programs Pharmacist As It Ensures A Strong Foundation In Pharmaceutical Sciences And Patient Care.

  • Active Pharmacy License: A Valid And Current Pharmacy License Is Required To Practice As A Pharmacist. This License Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Adherence To State And Federal Regulations Related To Pharmacy Practice.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Pharmacy Practice: This Role Requires A Significant Amount Of Experience In Clinical Pharmacy, Including Developing And Managing Medication Therapy Management Programs, Conducting Medication Reviews, And Providing Clinical Support To Physicians And Other Healthcare Providers.

  • Board Certification In A Relevant Area: Candidates With Board Certification In A Clinical Area Such As Pharmacotherapy Or Ambulatory Care Are Highly Preferred For This Role. This Certification Demonstrates Advanced Knowledge And Skills In The Management Of Complex Medication Regimens And Patient Care.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Rx Clinical Programs Pharmacist, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Collaborating With Interdisciplinary Teams And Providing Guidance And Support To Other Pharmacists. Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.
