- Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for Humana's data products, in alignment with overall business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute on product initiatives, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks for data products
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from conception to launch and post-launch monitoring
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, while managing resources and budget effectively
- Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to gather feedback and identify new opportunities for growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data products, and proactively make recommendations for integrating new technologies or features into our products
- Act as a subject matter expert for data products and provide guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Senior Product Manager At Humana Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Data Products.
Strong Understanding Of Data Products And Analytics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Products And Analytics, Including Data Modeling, Data Visualization, And Data-Driven Decision-Making Processes.
