  1. Develop and implement creative and innovative design solutions for healthcare products and services in line with Humana's vision and goals.
  2. Lead the design team and provide guidance and direction to ensure high-quality and user-centered designs are delivered.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
  4. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement of product designs.
  5. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in design and healthcare to ensure Humana's products remain competitive and relevant.
  6. Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and a cohesive user experience across all products.
  7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
  8. Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders, including non-designers.
  9. Mentor and guide junior designers to foster their growth and development.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the design process and workflow.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
  12. Represent Humana's design team and advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential design issues and provide solutions to ensure a positive user experience.
  14. Adhere to design standards, processes, and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across all products.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience of existing products based on user feedback and data analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Product Design, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products And Improving Existing Ones.

  • Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design: A Senior Product Designer At Humana Should Have A Deep Understanding Of User Needs And Behaviors, And Be Able To Apply This Knowledge To Create Intuitive And User-Friendly Products.

  • Proficiency In Design Tools And Software: The Candidate Should Be Well-Versed In Popular Design Tools And Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision. They Should Also Be Familiar With Prototyping Tools And Techniques.

  • Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team: A Senior Product Designer Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Mentor And Guide Junior Designers. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Clear Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Design Team, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills. They Should Be Able To Clearly Articulate Their Design Decisions And Ideas To Stakeholders And Non-Design Team Members.
