  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to meeting client needs.
  5. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on Humana's pharmacy services and industry regulations.
  9. Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to promote Humana's pharmacy offerings and expand client base.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, Preferably In A Senior/Executive Role

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Regulatory Requirements

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Providers And Key Stakeholders.
