- Develop and implement strategic financial plans for the IT division of Humana
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insights to drive business decisions within the IT department
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts
- Identify and evaluate cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities within the IT division
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the financial health of the IT division
- Prepare and present financial presentations to senior management and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures and make recommendations for improvement
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the IT division, working closely with department leaders to align financial goals with business objectives
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and industry developments to inform financial planning and decision-making
- Mentor and guide junior financial analysts in the IT division to support their professional growth and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis.
Strong Understanding Of Information Technology And Its Impact On Financial Performance.
Experience With Financial Modeling And Forecasting.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.
