- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the organization's code of conduct and other compliance-related policies.
- Uphold the organization's commitment to providing quality healthcare services to members and communities while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field
5+ Years Of Experience In Compliance, Risk Management, Or Related Field
In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Laws, Including Hipaa, Aca, And Medicare/Medicaid
Strong Analytical Skills With Ability To Identify And Mitigate Compliance Risks
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Compliance Issues To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
