Extensive Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulatory Compliance: A Senior Compliance Professional At Humana Should Have A Deep Understanding Of All Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Healthcare Compliance. This Includes But Is Not Limited To Hipaa, Medicare, And Medicaid Regulations.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Compliance Team, This Individual Will Be Expected To Lead And Manage A Team Of Compliance Professionals. They Should Have Experience In Effectively Delegating Tasks, Providing Guidance And Support, And Setting Clear Expectations For Their Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Role Requires Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Compliance Issues To A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Executives, Employees, And External Partners. The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams Is Also Crucial.
Experience With Auditing And Monitoring: A Senior Compliance Professional At Humana Should Have Experience In Designing And Implementing Auditing And Monitoring Programs To Assess Compliance With Regulations And Company Policies.
