  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  3. Design, develop, and implement analytical solutions to support business objectives.
  4. Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
  5. Identify trends and patterns in data to uncover insights and drive decision making.
  6. Utilize advanced analytical techniques and tools to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  7. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  8. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through data validation and quality checks.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
  11. Mentor and provide guidance to other team members on business intelligence techniques and tools.
  12. Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely and successful completion of deliverables.
  13. Uphold data security and privacy standards in all aspects of work.
  14. Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures.
