RN Manager Care Coordination

Experience in managed care, case management, and/or discharge planning is a plus. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of healthcare professionals. A commitment to patient-centered care and a desire to drive positive outcomes is essential. The successful candidate must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing quality care.
