5. Administer medications and perform medical procedures as ordered by the physician.

10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with all Humana policies and procedures.
11. Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, promoting their rights and preferences.
12. Maintain a safe and clean working environment and report any safety hazards or incidents.
13. Attend and actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities.
14. Provide support and guidance to nursing assistants and other team members.
