  1. Coordinate referrals: The Referral and Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of referral coordination, including receiving, reviewing, and approving referrals from healthcare providers.

  4. Maintain accurate records: This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all referrals and appointments, including updating member information, tracking referral status, and documenting appointment details.
  5. Communicate with members and providers: The Referral and Scheduling Coordinator will be the main point of contact for members and healthcare providers regarding referrals and appointments, and will need to effectively communicate information and updates to both parties.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams: This role will work closely with other departments such as customer service, claims, and provider relations to ensure a seamless referral and scheduling process for our members.
