  2. Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
  4. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  5. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  6. Assist with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to inquiries.
  8. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  9. Anticipate and proactively address potential issues or challenges, escalating to appropriate parties when necessary.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and maintain a high level of customer service for all clients and visitors.
  11. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all guests.
  12. Keep track of office and kitchen supplies, ordering and restocking as needed.
  13. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
