  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
  3. Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients.
  5. Verify patient information and assist with patient registration and insurance processes.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  7. Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  8. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  9. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  12. Attend meetings and trainings as required to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  13. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
