  1. Develop and implement quality assurance programs and procedures to ensure high-quality healthcare services for members.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews of healthcare processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Analyze data and metrics to track and monitor the effectiveness of quality assurance efforts.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare providers and teams to identify and address quality issues and implement improvement plans.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance and healthcare outcomes.
  6. Train and educate staff on quality assurance processes and procedures.
  7. Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to quality assurance.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of quality assurance activities.
  9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects.
  10. Act as a liaison between healthcare providers, members, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
  11. Provide guidance and support to healthcare providers on quality assurance standards and procedures.
  12. Monitor and report on quality assurance metrics and outcomes.
  13. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to quality assurance.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes and procedures.
  15. Serve as an advocate for members, ensuring their needs are met and their care is of the highest quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Clinical Experience As An Rn

  • Knowledge And Experience With Utilization Management, Quality Assurance, And/Or Case Management

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Interdisciplinary Team Members

  • Demonstrated Proficiency In Data Analysis And Utilization Of Technology To Support Quality Improvement Initiatives.
