Provider Contracting Professional

Humana is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Provider Contracting Professional who is passionate about making a positive difference in healthcare. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the complex landscape of provider contracting and a commitment to providing quality service.The Provider Contracting Professional will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contracting process for our provider network, including physician and ancillary provider contracts. This involves creating and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and monitoring contract performance.Required qualifications for this role include: a Bachelor’s Degree in business, health administration, or a related field; at least 5 years of experience in provider contracting, preferably within the health insurance industry; excellent organizational and communication skills; and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
