  1. Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for enterprise architecture, aligned with the overall business goals and objectives of Humana.
  2. Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other architects and team members.
  5. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
  6. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
  7. Identify and assess potential risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
  8. Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for enterprise architecture initiatives.
  9. Communicate complex technical concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
  10. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on enterprise architecture and provide guidance to project teams.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve enterprise architecture processes and methodologies.
  13. Stay current on industry standards and regulations related to healthcare and incorporate them into enterprise architecture strategies.
  14. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on enterprise architecture decisions and initiatives.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Architecture, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Large-Scale Architecture Programs.

  • Strong Technical Expertise: The Principal Enterprise Architect Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Various Technology Domains, Such As Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, And Digital Transformation. They Should Also Have Hands-On Experience With Enterprise Architecture Frameworks And Methodologies.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: Humana Is Looking For A Principal Enterprise Architect Who Can Align Business Objectives With Technology Solutions. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And The Ability To Think Strategically, Anticipating And Addressing Future Technology Needs.

  • Leadership And Collaboration Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Drive Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization. The Candidate Should Also Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively With Diverse Teams And Build Consensus.

  • Relevant Certifications: Humana Prefers Candidates With Relevant Certifications, Such As Togaf, Zachman, Or Cita-P, To Demonstrate Their Proficiency And Commitment To The Enterprise Architecture Field. Other Relevant Certifications In Emerging Technologies Or Project Management Are Also Desirable.
