Responsibilities:

  1. Develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals.
  2. Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to accurately diagnose and identify areas for improvement.

  20. Complete all necessary administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and billing.

  23. Handle difficult situations and patient concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  24. Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for both patients and staff.
  25. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid State License: A Physical Therapist Per Diem At Humana Must Possess A Valid State License To Practice Physical Therapy In The State Where The Job Is Located.

  • Minimum Education Requirements: The Candidate Must Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy Or A Related Field, With A Preference For Those With A Master's Or Doctoral Degree.

  • Prior Experience: Humana Requires A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Physical Therapy, With A Preference For Candidates Who Have Experience In A Variety Of Settings, Such As Hospitals, Outpatient Clinics, And Home Health.
