  2. Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
  3. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in their homes.
  4. Monitor and track patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  6. Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve their physical abilities and overall well-being.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  8. Comply with all state and federal regulations and standards for physical therapy practice.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Patients And Their Families.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Manage A Flexible Schedule To Accommodate Patient Needs.

  • A Degree In Physical Therapy From An Accredited University Or College.

  • A Current And Active State License To Practice As A Physical Therapist.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably With Experience In Home Health Care.
