  1. Proactively reach out to members via phone or email to ensure their healthcare needs are being met.
  2. Build and maintain positive relationships with members by providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Educate members on available resources and services to help them manage their health.
  4. Identify and address any potential issues or concerns raised by members.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with members.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for improving the member experience.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry changes, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely information to members.
  8. Utilize active listening skills to understand members' needs and concerns.
  9. Provide support and guidance to members in navigating healthcare services.
  10. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline processes.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of all member information.
  14. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance job knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: As An Outbound Care Associate, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Customers Over The Phone, So Strong Communication Skills Are Crucial.
