  1. Provide high-quality care to patients under the guidance of experienced therapists.
  2. Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  3. Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  4. Assist with administering therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patient's physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
  5. Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for completing therapeutic exercises and activities.
  6. Communicate with patients and their families to provide emotional support and address any concerns or questions.
  7. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in occupational therapy and implement them into patient care.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, as well as properly clean and sanitize equipment after each use.
  10. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth to enhance skills and knowledge.
  12. Demonstrate a compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families.
  13. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  15. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  16. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree Or Higher In Occupational Therapy Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution.

  • Certification As An Occupational Therapy Assistant By The National Board For Certification In Occupational Therapy (Nbcot).

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Experience Working As An Occupational Therapy Assistant, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of And Experience With Various Therapeutic Techniques And Modalities.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals And Patients.
