Responsibilities:

  12. Act as a cultural liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication and understanding.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Nursing: A Nurse Practitioner At Humana Must Possess A Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution, Demonstrating A High Level Of Knowledge And Expertise In The Field.

  • Active State License: The Candidate Must Hold An Active State License As A Nurse Practitioner, Allowing Them To Practice Independently And Provide Quality Care To Patients.

  • Bilingual Fluency: Fluency In Both English And Another Language, Such As Spanish, Is Required For This Position. This Ensures Effective Communication With Patients And Their Families Who May Have Limited English Proficiency.

  • Clinical Experience: Candidates Must Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Nurse Practitioner, Preferably In A Primary Care Or Family Practice Setting. This Experience Will Demonstrate The Candidate's Ability To Provide Comprehensive And Holistic Care To Patients.
