- Conduct sales activities and build relationships with potential and existing Medicare-eligible customers in the Southwest Houston area.
- Educate customers on Humana's products and services, including Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans.
- Present and explain the features and benefits of Humana's products to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Utilize strong sales techniques to effectively communicate the value of Humana's offerings and persuade customers to enroll in our plans.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the healthcare market to effectively position Humana's offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout the enrollment process and beyond.
- Attend training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations.
- Continuously seek out new sales opportunities and potential partnerships in the Southwest Houston area.
- Represent Humana in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Maintain a high level of ethical conduct in all business dealings.
- Travel to customer locations as needed to conduct sales presentations and meetings.
State Insurance License: The Field Agent Must Possess A Valid State Insurance License In The State Of Texas, Specifically In The Southwest Houston Area.
Knowledge Of Medicare: The Agent Must Have A Strong Understanding Of The Medicare Program And Its Various Plans, Including Medicare Advantage And Medicare Supplement.
Sales Experience: Previous Experience In Sales, Specifically In The Healthcare Industry, Is Preferred. The Agent Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Field Agent, Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For Building Relationships With Potential Clients And Effectively Presenting Humana's Products And Services.
Ability To Work Independently: The Role Of A Field Agent Requires A High Level Of Autonomy And Self-Motivation. The Candidate Must Be Able To Manage Their Own Schedule And Work Independently To Achieve Sales Targets.
