  1. Educate eligible individuals about Humana's Medicare plans and answer any questions they may have.
  2. Identify potential customers and actively reach out to them to discuss Medicare options.
  3. Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to explain the benefits and features of Humana's Medicare plans.
  4. Assist customers in enrolling in Medicare plans and provide support throughout the enrollment process.
  5. Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting Humana's Medicare plans.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  7. Keep up-to-date with changes and updates in the Medicare program and effectively communicate them to customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues raised by customers.
  10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales metrics regularly.
  11. Represent Humana in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  12. Continuously stay informed about competitors' products and services to effectively position Humana's plans.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medicare Products And Regulations

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Effectively Present Information To Individuals Of Varying Backgrounds And Levels Of Understanding.
