- Conduct in-person meetings with potential Medicare beneficiaries to educate them on Humana's Medicare plans and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for customers, answering questions and providing assistance with enrollment and plan selection.
- Utilize effective communication skills to clearly explain complex healthcare information and options to customers.
- Continuously stay updated on Humana's products, services, and industry trends to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.
- Monitor and track sales progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines to ensure ethical and legal sales practices.

Licensed Insurance Agent: A Medicare Sales Field Agent At Humana Must Hold A Valid Insurance Agent License In The State(S) They Will Be Working In. This Includes Completion Of Any Required Coursework And Passing The State Licensing Exam.
