  1. Conduct in-person meetings with potential Medicare beneficiaries to educate them on Humana's Medicare plans and services.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  3. Act as a knowledgeable resource for customers, answering questions and providing assistance with enrollment and plan selection.
  4. Utilize effective communication skills to clearly explain complex healthcare information and options to customers.
  5. Continuously stay updated on Humana's products, services, and industry trends to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.
  7. Monitor and track sales progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  8. Adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines to ensure ethical and legal sales practices.
  9. Represent Humana in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  10. Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  12. Regularly report on sales activities and provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Licensed Insurance Agent: A Medicare Sales Field Agent At Humana Must Hold A Valid Insurance Agent License In The State(S) They Will Be Working In. This Includes Completion Of Any Required Coursework And Passing The State Licensing Exam.
